The public-facing Redleaf Quality Systems website does not currently use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

The restricted Client Studio uses one strictly necessary first-party authentication cookie, rqs_client_studio, after an authorised administrator signs in.

• Purpose: keeps an authorised administrator signed in securely.
• Path: /studio.
• Duration: up to 4 hours.
• Security: HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure in production.

Consent

The Client Studio authentication cookie is used only to provide the requested authenticated administration service and is treated as strictly necessary. The website does not currently set non-essential cookies for public visitors.

Future changes

If Redleaf Quality Systems introduces analytics, advertising, marketing or other non-essential cookies in future, this policy and the website's consent controls will be reviewed before those technologies are enabled.

Browser settings can be used to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary Client Studio authentication cookie will prevent the signed-in administration service from working correctly.
