Scope

This policy applies to both directors of the company and any third parties representing Redleaf.

Policy Statement

We do not tolerate any form of bribery or corrupt practices. We prohibit:

• Offering, giving, or receiving bribes
• Facilitating payments or unofficial kickbacks
• Providing gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence decisions

Responsibilities

Both directors are accountable for upholding this policy and ensuring clients, suppliers, and subcontractors engage with us ethically.
